We, as the board and committee of Ambassador Camp are excited for another year of girl’s camp and are anticipating all that the Lord will do this year. We covet your prayers as we plan and prepare.

 We have established camp as a 501(c)(3) so that all donations are tax deductible. We have listed below some of our projected expenses for camp this year. If you feel led to donate financially all checks can be mailed to: 3927 Martinsburg Rd. Gambier, OH 43022. The different areas of camp you can donate to are listed below. If you wish to make a donation to a specific area, you can specify that with your donation.

General Fund

Our general fund was a bit low last year, we ended camp with $3,500 in the account. If you wish to give towards the General Fund, you can specify that in your donation.

T-shirts

Everyone at camp receives a t-shirt at the end of the week. $1,600

Special Dinner /Photo Booth

We have one evening during the week of camp where we provide a special dinner/garden party for the girls. We try to make this a special evening for the girls, reminding them of their value and worth in Christ. We also have a photo booth where the girls can take photos with each other. $500

Craft Classes

These classes are meant to inspire and encourage the girls in their creativity. We hope to give them some skills and the ability to pursue things they enjoy, hobbies, etc. Some of the classes we’ve had in the past years are string art, calligraphy, watercolor, macramé, cake decorating, etc. $500

Team Building

This part of camp involves stretching the girls in ways that cause them to work together as a team and look beyond themselves to solve difficulties. This expense includes the purchasing of materials and supplies for the activities we come up with. $2,000

Printing

This cost involves all the printing that Carlisle Printing does for us for camp. It includes bible class books, brochures, stickers, quote cards, etc. $950

Food

We have a donation of $3,000 given towards food and are needing another $2,000.
